STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. Payment Terms:
    Client agrees to adhere to the agreed payment terms.
  2. Tax Obligations:
    Clients are responsible for complying with tax laws, including any withholding tax requirements. The full invoice amount is payable, and we are not liable for any additional taxes or fees imposed by the client's jurisdiction.
  3. Service Delivery:
    We commit to delivering services within agreed timeframes but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not responsible for claims made by the client’s end customers.
  4. Delivery Deviations:
    While we strive to deliver orders as specified, actual deliveries may deviate due to unforeseen circumstances or errors. We will do our best to communicate any changes promptly and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  5. Returns:
    Items received upon delivery are no longer returnable. Ownership of the stock and responsibility are transferred to the client upon receipt.
  6. Governing Law:
    All contractual relations will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Philippines.
